Our newly formed Acute Care & Monitoring business, formally Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise, and perioperative complications.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Business Manager to join our Acute Care and Monitoring leadership team. As a Regional Business Manager, you will manage a Field Sales Team in a multi state region that includes Minnesota, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. You will develop talent within this team and implement field sales strategies and tactics to achieve defined sales goals as outlined in the region sales budget and quota. You will be responsible for sales, talent management, margin, product mix, marketing feedback, and customer satisfaction relative to field sales activities.
