Manage approximately 20 calls daily (comfortable with extensive phone usage).
Address basic queries related to specific instruments and connectivity products.
Facilitate connections between consumers and authorized providers.
Provide professional solutions, support, and assistance for consumer requests, inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Maintain comprehensive call logs and reports across various systems.
Handle consumer calls and emails to create positive experiences and instill confidence in the product.
Document notes for each consumer interaction in contact management software.
Identify and report potential trends, issues, and improvement suggestions to the Supervisor.
Perform additional tasks or projects as directed by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED as a minimum educational qualification.
Proficiency in technology is a must.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and professionalism.
1-2 years of prior customer service experience is preferred.
Familiarity with Bluetooth and mobile devices is advantageous.
Demonstrated patience when assisting users who may have limited technology experience.
Genuine interest in helping people.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Shifts available: 10:30am-7:30pm, Mon - Fri
Location: Work from your home office - must be based in Minnesota
