As a Cash Analyst, you will use your knowledge of the business to achieve results. You will manage multiple accounting responsibilities for the team. This is a hybrid position and will report to the USCA Stores Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for stores point of sale data and reconciling to bank funding. Also match/reconcile in T-Recs for USCA Architectural Stores


• Resolve Stores Associates inquiries related to Architectural Stores Cash procedures and issues


• Back up team members on the miscellaneous check deposit and joint check processes.


• Analyze data from a T-Recs database to record disbursements and adjustments weekly for USCA Architectural Stores


• Monthly, quarterly and annual journal entries related to the USCA Architectural Stores Cash function


• Account analysis of key and high risk general ledger accounts for AC


• Credit card chargebacks for USCA Architectural Stores

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least 1 year of experience preferred.


• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)


• MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS, and quickly summarizing large amounts of data.


• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus.


• Experience working with SAP is a plus.
