Job Responsibilities:

Enables patients to stay in their homes by providing health and personal services, supporting patients and their families. You will succeed because you have independence, flexibility, judgment, and good communication skills.

Shift positions available:

• Full-time, or
  


• Part-time , or
  


• Weekend only, or
  


• Shorter (1-3hours) visits, or
  


• 12-hour one-on-one day shift, or
  


• 12 hour one-on-one night shift, or
  


• Whatever combination works best for you!

Qualifications:

• Current Colorado CNA License


• Current Drivers License


• Reliable transportation plan
