Project Execution Manager - Web Giants

This role will be responsible for a region that includes Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.

Remote position with travel as needed (potentially up to 20%)

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for leading a team of engineering professionals who deploy Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for key account data center customers. This role will report into the Digital Power Operations team of Schneider Electric North America Operations.

Duties include, but are not limited to:


  • Team safety leader who ensures team compliance with Schneider Electric safety policies and procedures.

  • Drive high standards regarding all aspects of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

  • Oversee team's financial performance, productivity, and quality control.

  • Effectively manage customer escalations.

  • Direct and coordinate team activities with internal and external project stakeholders.

  • Hire, train, and mentor employees technically and behaviorally.

  • Coach and manage team members' talent, with a focus on maximizing strengths, championing diversity, and encouraging creativity and innovation.

  • Ensure team compliance with corporate polices.

  • Provide quotation support for Sales team as required.

  • Actively participate in the development of standards, processes, and procedures, while ensuring that the team leverages available standards and follows current processes and procedures.

  • Perform employee performance reviews and other HR-related activities.


Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate will possess a BSEE or other related engineering degree with 8+ years of related professional experience.

  • Experience supervising direct reports and leading a consulting and / or professional services team is preferred.

  • A demonstrated ability to positively disrupt and uncover new and innovative solutions, and ability to lead the associated change management initiatives to result in positive change.

  • Familiarity with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Power Operation and EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert is preferred.


The U.S. compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is $112,000-$168,000 for candidates located within the U.S. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
