Summary/Objectives


Hogan is looking for an experienced Senior Integrated Campaign Strategist to join our marketing team. The Senior Integrated Campaign Strategist is a collaborative leader responsible for managing the strategy, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our global commercial channels. Objectives of this multi-faceted role will be to drive our brand strategy across our key markets, drive new leads, and engage our diverse customer base worldwide. The Senior Integrated Campaign Strategist reports to the Marketing Director and requires a deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and a proven record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives.


Essential Functions:


  • Campaign strategy and execution: Develop, support and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with Hogan's business objectives and target personas across global markets. Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, from concept development to deployment, across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and PPC advertising channels. Identify areas to create evergreen programs.
  • Content marketing and vertical marketing campaigns: Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling and relevant content for campaigns, including blog content, videos, infographics and carousels, interactive digital content, emails, landing pages, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to different industry segments or customer verticals.
  • Product marketing launches and ongoing campaigns: Collaborate with product marketing to plan and execute product launches, ensuring that integrated marketing campaigns are developed to support each launch phase. Oversee ongoing campaigns that support product lifecycle management, including campaigns focused on feature updates, cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies to target high-value accounts and key decision-makers within those accounts. Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify target accounts, personalize marketing messages and content, and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns aimed at engaging and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators for each campaign and implement measurement tools and analytics to track effectiveness. Regularly analyze campaign results, analyze and report on insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
  • Localization for global markets: Work with international distributor team to understand regional business objectives and tailor campaigns to cater to various global markets, considering cultural sensitivities and preferences. Ensure campaigns are localized appropriately to resonate with target audiences in different regions.
  • Email Communications Strategy: Develop and guide the strategic direction for email communications, including segmentation and automation workflows. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging email content that drives conversion and nurtures leads through the sales funnel.
  • Market and Consumer Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign strategies. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Requirements:

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's-level degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing, with a strong focus on integrated campaign management and digital marketing strategies. Experience managing B2B campaigns is desired.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, content management, digital advertising, and SEO.
  • Experience managing multi-media marketing campaigns. Preferred: global experience with an understanding of cultural nuances and market-specific tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, create reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Firm knowledge of digital/email marketing best practices – A/B testing, email design optimization, etc.
  • Experience executing effective PPC strategies and campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard marketing technology platforms including HubSpot and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools and platforms.
