Position Overview: The Commercial Construction Superintendent will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of complex construction projects, specifically focusing on ground-up retail jobs. This position requires a seasoned professional who can manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and coordinate all phases of ground-up construction
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to plans.
Address any deviations promptly and effectively.
Schedule and Budget Management:
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.
Monitor project costs, track expenses, and manage budget allocations.
Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Team Leadership:
Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and labor crews.
Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and productivity.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Risk Mitigation:
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-8 years of construction experience, with a focus on ground-up construction
Strong track record of successfully completing complex commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of industry best practices, safety protocols, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Compensation:
Base salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
