Description: Our eComm client is looking for a Product Manager. This opportunity is a 3-month contract with possibility of extension. Product Manager - Registration Team
As a Product Manager in our Registration team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the onboarding experiences for our users. Your mission will be to create seamless and delightful registration processes, ensuring that our customers have a positive interaction from the moment they sign up. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:
Experience and Expertise:
Demonstrated Experience: You should have at least 5 years of industry experience as a Product Manager. Ideally, you've worked on onboarding experiences related to Seller Registration, Buyer Registration, Risk, and KYC/Identity Verification flows.
Customer-Centric Mindset: We're obsessed with customer experience. Your prior work with UX, research, and design teams will be invaluable as you iterate on our registration processes to make them user-friendly and efficient.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage Insights: You're extremely data-driven. Use data to uncover insights, identify pain points, and drive improvements in our registration flows. Your decisions should be backed by solid evidence.
Agile Collaboration:
Agile Methods: You're familiar with Agile methodologies. Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, write clear product requirements, and analyze business needs to deliver successful product solutions.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire product life cycle-from planning and design to development and execution. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our registration processes align with our quality standards and drive customer satisfaction.
Strategic Vision:
Product Strategy: Define a clear product vision and roadmap for our registration experiences. Your strategic thinking will guide our long-term direction.
Competition Awareness: Stay informed about the competitive landscape. Understand what others are doing and use that knowledge to enhance our offerings.
Adaptability and Ambiguity Tolerance:
Self-Starter: You thrive in ambiguous situations. Take loosely defined problems and drive them to well-defined solutions.
Global Collaboration: Our partners span different time zones-across the US, Shanghai, and Europe. You should be comfortable working with diverse teams.
Tools: Jira, PPT, Google Slides, Figma (knowledge of), Excel
