Our client is seeking a Project Manager - Data Reporting (IQN TBD)) in Orlando, FL.


Role description


The Enterprise Technology mission is to deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. The Enterprise Technology organization drives competitive advantage by enhancing our consumer experiences, enabling business growth, and advancing operational excellence.
This role is part of the Business Automation Platforms (BAP) organization. Our charter is to business value through optimization of business platforms and strategic programs that support and align to TWDC and Enterprise Technology priorities.
The Solution Engineering group is part of the BAP organization. We are responsible for TWDC's enterprise business automation and workflow solutions, including work on the SalesForce Platform. We provide strategic technology solutions in support of empowering the business, workforce, and technology communities through digital transformation.
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, self-motivated, and collaborative, with solid communication skills. They will have the ability to take direction and interact successfully with technical teams.
• Supports delivery of technical projects, via standard project management methodology and tools.
• Monitors and provides oversight for all project phases, schedules and tracks progress
• Maintains various documents including but not limited to project plans, issue and risk logs, communication plans, and project action logs.
• Supports delivery teams by coordinating/scheduling project meetings, capturing meeting notes, and creating/publishing meeting minutes.
• Aids in the coordination of project activities with business owners/stakeholders and other teams as assigned by the Project/Program Manager
• Prepares reports on project status, milestones, tasks, metrics and risks


Skills & Requirements


• Effectively prioritizes project work and deliverables, with guidance
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal/written communication capabilities and foundational presentation skills
• Displays aptitude to understand and execute on project-related financial tasks
• Understands basics of updating project budgets, forecasts and actuals
• Reviews and updates project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project/program standards
• Communicates well with technical and non-technical resources
• Takes direction well from management and generally works well with others
• Participates in planning activities throughout the life of the project
• Sees tasks through to completion with some guidance
• Demonstrates experience with and an aptitude to understand Information Technology principles and practices
• Familiarity with SmartSheet, Clarity, ServiceNow, Agile processes, or other standard project management tools.
• 5+ years of applicable program management experience in a technology environment, preferably for a large company.
• 1+ years experience serving in a leadership role on a small to mid-sized Agile development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Must have experience with Tableau and Snowflake for business intelligence/data warehousing
• Strong Communications skills.
