The Global Organization Development & Effectiveness Leader

leads the end-to-end design and implementation of organizational effectiveness interventions such as performance management, organization design, team effectiveness, competency & skill management, career planning and transformation enablement. Improves efficiency and productivity across our teams through alignment of strategy, structure, people and processes.




In this role, you will:




  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of organization development and effectiveness initiatives


  • Support talent business partners by identifying and addressing organizational and people issues; removing barriers to increase engagement and effectiveness across teams.


  • Train and coach talent BPs on OD/OE tools, frameworks and deployment options; Facilitate team effectiveness sessions to codify values, ways of working, etc.


  • Lead and optimize K-C's enterprise performance management process


  • Lead effective diagnosis in key domain areas, gathering and interpreting relevant qualitative/quantitative data to identify root causes of business/organizational challenges.


  • Research and apply industry best-practice tools and change methodologies to talent-related initiatives.


  • Create assessment frameworks and assessment center; establish metrics to continually evaluate talent program outcomes and make adjustments to drive effectiveness of talent solutions.


  • Recommend and develop human performance improvement solutions that align with strategic business initiatives, company-wide initiatives, capability gaps, and regulatory requirements.


  • Provide org design insights and tools for HR partners to utilize in determining spans and layers, role definition and competencies, and performance metrics.


  • Provide change management support for high priority transformational initiatives; ensuring business readiness and stakeholder management.

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree required; Masters in I/O Psychology preferred.
    Certifications in Hogan, Birkman or other psychometric assessments (highly preferred)


  • 10+ years of experience
    in Organization Development and Effectiveness with expertise delivering client impact in multiple practice areas (e.g. Organization Design, Organizational Health, Change Strategy, etc.)


  • 5+ years of experience managing high performing teams. Expert skills in research, analysis and assessments. Experience driving change in a large, global matrixed organization with multiple lines of business.


  • Applied knowledge of OE diagnosis tools, OD frameworks, and best practices; Expert in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and develop valuable insights.


  • Highly skilled in managing the people side of change including change readiness, stakeholder analysis, communication planning, etc; Skilled facilitator adept at delivering intact team workshops, new leader assimilations, etc.


  • Experience with designing surveys and assessments; Experience managing end to end performance management processes




Location: there is a preference for this role to have a hybrid model near one of our major US offices (ie. Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Neenah, WI; or Roswell, GA), however there will be consideration for fully remote, as well. Travel expectations may be up to 30% of the time.

Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full package of benefits that can be tailored to individual needs. The anticipated pay range for this job has a range of $182k - $235k in addition to bonus potential. Individual pay levels will be based on multiple factors including, but are not limited to, location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
