Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Task Order Manager to support their Schofield Barracks, Hawaii location. For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

  • The TOM is the principal point of contact with the KO and COR for all technical requirements in the TO, and the overall supervisor for all CSA and teammate employees.
  • Has the full authority to commit resources as necessary including negotiating and approving changes to the TO, taking all actions necessary to ensure TO compliance and proper performance of all work assigned, authority for managing on-board personnel, and acquisition of additional or replacement personnel as needed.

What you'll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline; Graduate of CGSC or ILE (MEL 4), Senior Service College, or equivalent military or DoD Civilian schooling
  • 10 years of supervisory experience; minimum 8 years of experience with Military training and training support operations
  • 3 years of management experience over a contract with similar size, scope, and complexity, within the last 10 years
  • 3 years of experience with military simulations within the last ten years.
  • 5 years' experience in Army MTCs or Army Simulations
  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
