Hang birds into cut-up shackles by both hocks.
Job Synopsis:
Primary tasks are to pick birds up from chiller rehang belt, which is located directly in front of work station, hang two-legged birds into the cut-up shackle by both legs at the hock area.
One legged birds are placed into vat located to the rear of the work station and within a distance that would allow it to be tossed without steps.
