Williams Lea is hiring for a Concierge for our Washington, DC office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm!




Pay: $19.00/hour

The purpose of this Concierge position is to become a client brand ambassador, interacting with our guests and clients to ensure that they experience superior customer service and all expectations are met.


The Concierge agent is responsible for both internal and external guest arrivals and day to day interactions.


Concierge provide an integrated visitor experience treating all visitors like VIP's and projecting the brand of the firm.



Responsibilities



  • Prepares and opens the concierge desk area and prepares for the days arrivals

  • Assists with reservations, confirmations, guest enquiries, visitor office, desk and meeting room bookings, and questions.

  • Welcome arriving guests while offering superior service, professionalism, warmth and a polished appearance at all times.

  • Present a keen willingness to assist with all requests and set the tone for the client experience.

  • Conducts floor walks, conference room, office and desk checks in accordance to the daily cadence and procedures.

  • Prepares daily visitor reports, guest key reports and conference room schedules.

  • Provide clients with appropriate requirements and update booking system with requested items such as food and beverages, Facilities, IT requests, etc.

  • Enter visitors into the building security system following outlined procedures

  • Book, process and confirm car service reservations.

  • Follow up on meeting rooms set ups, meeting rooms, offices and desks.

  • Send appropriate reports as necessary.

  • Be knowledgeable of VIP's, clients, floor plans, and systems.




Job Qualifications



Education


  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience


  • Previous guest service experience essential.

  • Excellent written and oral Communication skills required

  • Positive interpersonal skills required

  • Excellent computer and typing skills required. Excel and word proficiency required

  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required

  • Expected to work with guests and visitors to ensure superior satisfaction

  • Will be required to take initiative and get creative in resolving guest challenges.

  • Legal experience a benefit



Working Conditions


  • Modern indoor office setting

  • Will be using a computer and telephone frequently

  • Varying schedule to include holidays, weekends and extended hours based on business needs.

  • Will be required to wear a uniform and adhere to company standards.
