About the Position:
Conduct outreach to promote association programs and services to members.
Present association benefits, activities, and events through conference calls and Zoom meetings.
Recruit prospective member companies for membership.
Maintain and ensure the integrity of the membership database.
Provide members with login assistance and respond to membership inquiries via phone and email.
Assist with assembling and mailing new member welcome packets, annual membership dues renewal mailings, and follow-up communications.
About You:
A bachelor's degree is required.
1+ years of relevant experience.
Strong attention to detail and professional communication.
Able to multitask while in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office is required.
Position Information:
$22/hr-$24/hr, while temporary.
$48K-$50K, when permanent.
Hybrid onsite for 3 days/week.
Office located in Herndon, VA.
Occasional travel required.
