Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting an Administrative Coordinator in the Bloomington MN area. This is an exciting opportunity in the medical device manufacturing industry. In this role you will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams, ensuring timely delivery of client samples and event exhibits. This is starting off as a 6-month contract Opportunity with potential of full-time employment for a successful candidate
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8am to 5:00pm
Pay Rate Range: $22 to $23 per hour
Essential job functions:
Processes requests from sales and marketing for samples and displays and ships to desired location.
Pull from inventory, stage for packing, pack and arrange for shipping of samples, displays and exhibits
Receive, unpack and return samples, displays and exhibits to inventory, document and track shipments, follow up with sales and marketing for return shipments
Communicates cross functionally to develop plans for support of meetings, VIP visits and courses. Creates summary documents and files for meetings, VIP visits and courses.
Maintain department inventory spreadsheet, documenting when items are shipped out and returned.
Implement process improvements related to execution of skills labs on site or in field
Ordering supplies and specimens for the In-Service Specialists while also coordinating the logistics of the deliveries
Processing payments from vendors
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Some experience needed but will train the candidate for specific job functions.
