Job Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
Manage a large volume of inbound calls from customers to assist them regarding questions.
Respond to claimant inquiries with thorough investigations and excellent customer service.
Accurately enter call details into our database to keep files current and updated.
Assist in resolving data discrepancies and irregularities.
Conduct follow-up calls to individuals who have left voicemails.
Maintain a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in call resolution.
Digitize information from physical documents into our digital system.
Provide support with invoicing tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in a call center, receptionist role, or similar office setting, reflected on your resume
Quick learner with the ability to grasp detailed information rapidly.
Exceptional reliability and attendance record.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a courteous and professional attitude.
