We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to one of client's amazing team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while assisting in maintaining high-quality standards across our organization.
Pay rate - $17-$20/hr -Temp to perm
Objective for this Role:
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer service related data, and generate reports for management review.
• Coordinate and support training sessions.
• Actively contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement in both customer service and general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
• Manage and update team member's calendars for meeting scheduling.
Data Entry & Reporting
• Maintain and update records, databases and electronic filing systems.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of information.
• Input and maintain data related to customer interactions and quality metrics.
• Generate reports on key quality and customer service indicators for management review.
Customer Service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous responses.
• Address customer concerns and issues, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
Document Control
• Manage and organize quality-related documents, including policies, procedures, and customer communications.
• Ensure documentation complies with quality standards and is easily accessible.
Training Coordination
• Coordinate and support training sessions related to both customer service and quality assurance.
• Maintain records of employee training, certifications, and ongoing professional development.
Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for process improvement in both customer service and quality assurance as it relates to the different departments within the company.
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Education
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree preferred.
Additional qualifications in customer service or quality management are a plus.
• Additional qualifications in business administration or customer service are a plus.
Experience
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant with a strong focus on customer service.
Skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
