Job Description:

Technical Communicator:  Salary range from 49.23 per hour, offered based on skills and experience.

Qualifications & Experience Needed: 

• High School or diesel vocational certification or equivalent.


• Knowledge of Cat Powertrain, Hydraulic & Electrical Systems & machine operation characteristics for Cat engine products a plus.


• Ability to install & operate Cat Diagnostic Tooling & analyze results.


• Ability to read & explain electrical or hydraulic schematics & design prints.


• Ability to handle working in a fast-paced, stressful work environment.


• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.


• MS Office experience & data entry experience.


• Must have & maintain, valid driver’s license.
