The Role:
The primary responsibility of the Sr. Manager of Ops Integration is to make lives easier for Operations. They own all restaurant support, communications, logistics, operational feasibility testing, and initiative planning and execution.
What You'll Do:
Lead the Ops Integration Team to deliver rollouts and communications to Operations - both planned and unplanned
Lead testing and analytics for new initiatives and menu items
Measure success by tracking key performance indicators to determine effectiveness of current and future integration initiatives
Work cross functionally to deliver key messages from other Support Center Teams: FSQA, Tech, Marketing, Customer Experience, and People + Culture
Manage our relationship with the support desk and regularly report on and solve for the most common questions from Operations
Manage distribution for all deliveries to restaurants from our vendors
Continuously improve restaurant systems - track and report on them on a regular basis
Collaborate on in-person and virtual training sessions for seasonal recipe rollouts and other initiatives
Partner with L+D to continuously develop restaurant resources(posters, recipe cards, job aids)
Lead company-wide contests and initiatives
Create and maintain project budgets focusing on ROI
Build strong relationships with restaurant operations leadership to evolve current systems - work directly with the Regional Directors weekly and will Area Leaders on a regular cadence
Create and maintain a feedback loop for operational communications
Drive CAVA values and mission through experience in restaurants
Lead teams to accomplish priorities and initiatives with the impact for the guest in mind
Effectively communicate goals, priorities, and action items to direct reports; actively give feedback on progress updates
Conduct impactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization
Create opportunities for Team Members to grow in their roles and progress into higher roles in the organization
Execute effective decision-making skills to led team to succeed
Oversee innovative solutions proposed by direct reports
Maintain emotional stability in stressful situations; lead by example for how our team should handle adversity
Abide by policies and procedures that support the service mindset
Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly

The Qualifications:
Minimum of five years experience in restaurant operations
Minimum of three years managing a restaurant Ops Services or Ops Integration team
Minimum of one year of experience in writing and/or editing communications
Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Is knowledgeable of operations, restaurants systems, P&L statements, and restaurant compliance
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and at experience with Outlook and SharePoint
Innovative in finding new and creative ways to communicate
Experience measuring results: developing the ROI for projects by measuring reaction, learning, behavior, and results
Highly organized and is skilled in time management
A passion for food, people and storytelling
Preferred Experience:
Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
Project Management experience and/or certification a plus
Business analytics experience a plus
Experience with Monday or other project management software
Ability to travel up to 40%
Physical Requirements:
Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds
Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
