Job Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to join our healthcare team. This role involves assisting with patient care, administering vaccines, scheduling, and supporting medical procedures. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background and a patient-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and taking vitals
  
  


• Administering vaccines
  
  


• Scheduling patient appointments
  
  


• Triage and patient assessment
  
  


• Assisting with medical procedures
  
  

Qualifications




Required:

• High School Diploma
  
  


• Completion of a Medical Assistant program (Certification preferred but not required)
  
  


• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting (preferably Family Practice)
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience with NextGen software
  
  


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  


• Time management and adaptability
  
  

Work Schedule & Environment

• Full-time, 5 days per week
  
  


• Scrubs required (any color permitted)
  
  


• No travel required
  
  


• Work will take place entirely on-site
