Overview


Suncoast Post Tension, Ltd. is an established post tension and rebar manufacturing company that has been in business for over 30 years. We supply construction related materials to builders from one of our nine facilities in the US.


We are seeking a highly motivated Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist.


Responsibilities



Responsibilities:



Assist Sales Manager transition from bid stage to project startup, lead billing process and follow through to payment.


Qualifications



Education:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Required background:

• 3+ years of billing and/or accounts receivable experience

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Must understand AIA Pay applications and be proficient at completing them.


• Must be able to use unit prices to establish values


• Be able to find information in contracts necessary to the billing process


• Have knowledge of Change Orders and be able to issue and track them


• Must have working knowledge of pre-liens and lien waivers


• Familiar with OCIP or CCIP


• Able to use Textura a plus


• Proficient in Excel


• Possess solid accounting skills

Additional Information



Salary Range: $31/hr


Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
