Warehouse Attendant at Mill-Max Mfg., Corp in Oyster Bay, New York

Job Description:

Mill-Max Mfg. Corp., one of the world's leading manufacturers of electronic interconnect components has an opportunity for a Warehouse Attendant to maintain our raw materials inventory safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

Loads and unloads freight deliveries; drives and operates industrial truck/forklift to move products in the warehouse or factory.
Takes inventory and delivers requested supplies to production departments daily.
Moves hazardous waste and scrap to storage areas; arranges for pick-ups as needed.
Distributes mail, disposes of waste, assists with cleaning the facility inside and out including snow removal.
Communicates with Plant Support Manager regarding ordering of supplies and organizes warehouse neatly.
Occasionally assists the maintenance department with plumbing or electrical tasks, etc.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient at maintaining accurate raw material inventories using computer software.
Good interpersonal skills.

Job Details:

Reports to Department Manager
Full-time, Hourly employee
First shift: 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
