Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for residents


• Help residents regain daily living skills to promote independence


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families to set achievable therapy goals


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation


• Educate residents and families on rehabilitation techniques for home use


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license


• Strong communication and teamwork skills
