Train with multiple departments/disciplines (sales, operations, etc.) throughout the company on a rotation schedule
Serve as a technical resource and answer customer questions about existing products
Receive incoming customer call for quotes, order, and questions about existing products
Proactively follow up on quotes to close orders
Subject matter expert on Jetstream parts, pumps, and accessories
Increase average order size by upselling during incoming calls
Support outside sales by answering questions, quoting, and entering orders
Attend Trade Shows
Perform ride-alongs with the outside sales team
Work with regional team to map, manage, and update the customer base via CRM
Recommend new product changes as well as other new product ideas.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 10%
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
0-5 years of technical inside sales or related experience required.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office software suite
High energy self-starter, that works well in team settings and can work with minimal guidance at times.
Ability to work independently as well as part of various sales and service teams.
Strong desire to work with both internal and external customers
Must possess a high degree of initiative and can assist in making sound, business decisions
Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required
Skilled at presenting information via electronic or face-to-face modalities that engages the audience and transmits relevant and correct product information
Highly organized and able to manage wide range of administrative duties with competing priorities.
