LPN Full-time at BEAVERCREEK in Dayton, Ohio

Job Description:

Responsibilities :

• Administer prescribed medications and monitor their effects.

• Provide wound care, including dressing changes and infection control.

• Assist with g-tube care, including feeding and maintenance.

• Manage patient admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.

• Supervise and mentor Nurse Aides to ensure proper care delivery and compliance with healthcare standards.

• Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided.

• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding to patient needs promptly and efficiently.

• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications :

• Valid LPN license in OH.

• Previous experience in medication administration, wound care, and g-tube care is required.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring Nurse Aides is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
