Who You'll Work With
The Director of HR Technology will lead the HR technology strategy and execution, focusing on elevating ServiceNow as the engagement layer point of entry and integrating it seamlessly with Workday as the system of record for HR. This role will be pivotal in transforming our HR technology landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring that our HR systems are aligned with the company's strategic goals. Shaping and optimizing our HR technology stack, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to meet business needs while enhancing the digital HR experience and ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. Key indicators to improving the overall experience will be improved employee support, satisfaction and findability coupled with streamlined HR processes. This leader will oversee the teams within Global People Team who are responsible for managing and enhancing platforms such as Workday and ServiceNow for HR.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy built for scale through collaboration with People and IT stakeholders that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
Optimize ServiceNow as the primary engagement layer for HR services, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for employees.
Integrate ServiceNow with Workday to create a cohesive and efficient HR technology ecosystem.
Define and actively manage the HR Technology roadmap, partnering with key People team leadership to align priorities to key objectives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on HR technology initiatives. Including collaboration with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to identify and implement technology solutions that improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.
Maintain and enhance the experience of the overall engagement layer with global consistency and represent HR in the governance program/broader overall roadmap.
Lead and manage the HR technology team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR technology team, encouraging the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of HR technology systems and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Deliver system updates, enhancements, and best practices to end-users, driving adoption through robust change management and enablement practices
Lead the team using operational best practices, agile methods, and collaboratively driving HR Technology policies, procedures, and initiatives

Qualifications:
Proven ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform experience, specifically leveraging as engagement layer and strong knowledge of Workday,
Demonstrated experience with process mapping, documentation and continuous improvement.
Experience with AI and ML in HR technology with understanding nuances related to PII.
Hands-on experience with implementing ServiceNow life cycle workflows and integrating with external systems.
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, with a focus on fostering collaboration and driving results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data driven with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive impactful solutions.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other HR technology platforms and tools.
Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
Certification in HR technology or project management.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $150,000 - $200,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
