Location: Brownstown Township , MI (Fully Onsite)


Job Type: 6+ months contract



JOB DESCRIPTION


o Regular and predictable attendance to support the needs of the team and the client

o Maintain light bulbs / change ballast

o Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment.

o General office maintenance - hang pictures, install keyboard trays, and repair office furniture systems

o Minor plumbing repairs.

o Completes special tasks that include painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, special cleaning, and general maintenance as assigned.

o Moves office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

o Assists other operational staff members in repair and maintenance of building equipment.

o Complies with policies for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials.

o Attends safety training and complies with safety policies.

o Maintains a clean and safe work environment.

o Maintains records for work completed in a neat and organized manner.

o Performs other duties as assigned.
