Overview: As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for defining, enforcing, and promoting policies and programs to ensure a best-in-class customer experience, driving customer satisfaction across our marketplace business.
Core Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analytics: Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
Data Mining: Perform extensive text mining to gain insights from text data.
Insight Generation: Generate insights, trends, and actionable recommendations, leading to the implementation of initiatives and projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build relationships and work cross-functionally with partner teams, including Business Intelligence, Customer Care, Customer Experience, and Business Units.
