About the Role



The Physician Clinic Medical Director supports the Director of Medical Operations in ensuring clinical excellence, clinician onboarding, and workflow consistency. You'll coach, onboard, and oversee best-in-class clinical care while actively treating patients in the center.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care while mentoring, coaching, and leading by example
  
  


• Collaborate with Director of Medical Operations to improve clinical quality and workflows
  
  


• Train, support, and guide new and tenured clinician
  
  


• Identify opportunities for market growth, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency
  
  


• Maintain strong relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, and local communities
  
  

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted medical license in state of jurisdiction


• Unrestricted DEA license


• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution


• Preferred: Two years of clinical & supervisory experience


• Preferred: Two years in managed care & physician leadership


• Experience in medical management & quality improvement programs
