Job Description:




Position Summary


The incumbent is responsible for maintaining contracted per standards and conditions specified in the contract.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities




  • Operate vehicles and equipment as required: Forklift, Man lift, Scissor lift






  • Must demonstrate the ability to comprehend and recognize all job related work permits and complete Job Hazard Analysis.






  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.






  • Must be able to troubleshoot and solve problems.






  • Must be able to maintain communications with supervisor of job status and current assigned responsibilities.




Knowledge, Skills & Abilities




  • Ability to work independently






  • Ability to work under minimal supervision






  • Ability to adhere to confidentiality agreement




Education and Experience




  • High School Diploma






  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in construction, maintenance or turnaround, with at least 2 years in the oil and gas industry






  • Certified to operate required equipment




Work Conditions




  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.






  • Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.






  • Constantly positions self to maintain/use a variety of equipment






  • Ascends/Descends a ladder or scaffolds frequently






  • Frequently lifts equipment weighing up to 60lbs.






  • Enters confined spaces.






  • Perform work wearing personnel protective equipment. Including but not limited to the following: rain gear, chemical protective clothing, supplied air and air purifying respirators, safety harness, Nomex coveralls, hard hat, ear plugs and safety glasses.






  • Able to work long hours and all shift schedules that may be up to seven days a week for extended duration's of up to 8 weeks or more.
