As our Assistant Operator working in the press room, you will support press operations, ensure quality, and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Press Operator and receive on-the-job training to help advance your career.

• Assist Press Operator with press setup and make-ready tasks
• Operate & maintain web offset printing presses
• Install plates and blankets to ensure high-quality output
• Make necessary color or register adjustments
• Assist in replacing press rollers using hand tools
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs

• 
  Mechanical Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical adjustments on equipment
• 
  Technical Knowledge: General experience with Manufacturing equipment operation preferred
• 
  Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments
• 
  Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality production output
• 
  Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  Physical Stamina: Ability to lift to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. Frequently

  Endurance: Must be able to stand for the entire shift (12 hours)
