ROLE OVERVIEW:

Industrial manufacturing associate for hand assembly, automated assembly, packaging product, amongst other production-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Reliable, focused and entry level


• Operates routine production machinery in accordance with specifications provided


• Packaging products into both bulk packaging and individual cartons


• Maintains logs and records of units produced.


• Report any errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.


• Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality and cosmetic specifications


• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment.


• Follow safety regulations, policies and procedures.


• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and up to 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.


• Familiar with manufacturing environment


• Reading and writing English


• Basic Computer knowledge

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $ 20.16 to $ 20.16 per hour. The wage rate offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. For wage rates that show equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to the hourly wage.
