What You'll Do:

Market and sell new Personal Insurance policies
Meet and exceed sales goals
Cross-sell within the current book of business
Maintain confidentiality and client trust

What We're Looking For:
· 2+ years of experience as an outbound Personal Lines Producer
· Demonstrative sales success
· A Valid P&C Insurance License
· Extra points for proficiency in MS Office, Hawksoft/Salesforce, Slack
· Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills
