We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to drive machine efficiency, improve operational performance, and support how products are made on the factory floor. You'll work closely with technicians, operators, and control systems to improve uptime, reduce failure, and optimize manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for a strong problem-solver who can turn data into action and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret data from control systems and sensors to identify inefficiencies
Partner with plant floor teams to improve production processes and equipment performance
Support and manage manufacturing projects-from concept to implementation
Perform PFMEA and support validation builds and documentation
Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing efficient manufacturing processes
Identify the best manufacturing approach for new and existing products
Lead hands-on process improvements and preventative maintenance efforts
Present findings and improvements clearly, including ROI impact
Ensure consistent documentation using tools like AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Occasional travel to support partners or customer sites
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing;
Background: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Data-driven and analytical; able to act on operational data
Excellent communication & presentation skills
