Controller



Our client, a manufacturing company located in Bristol County, MA, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Controller to oversee daily financial operations. This hands-on role will support financial reporting, budgeting, audits, and internal controls, while also supervising a small accounting team. Ideal for someone with strong accounting experience in a manufacturing environment who can step into a leadership role.


Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close


• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes


• Maintain internal controls and ensure policy compliance


• Support external audit and coordinate with auditors


• Oversee cost accounting, credit/collections, and expense reporting


• Provide financial insights and reporting to management


• Supervise and support accounting staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field


• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing


• ERP system experience required (Epicor preferred)
