My client is building a 340-unit mixed-use apartment community (including 37 affordable units) in the San Fernando Valley :


Further project information :

• Six stories, with five levels of wood-frame construction above a concrete podium (Type IIIA/IA).


• Street-level garage with 180 parking spaces.


• The project will include multiple interior and exterior amenity spaces, including a dog run and dog spa.


• The second floor features three distinct courtyards; two rooftop decks will also be built.

I am looking for a Project Manager who can take the lead on this project ASAP.
