Construction Accountant at Ledgent Finance & Accounting in San Jose, California

Job Description:

Non-Profit Organization is looking for a project accountant who can oversee the accounting activites for the current construction development projects. This is a 4-6 month contract position at the moment. This position is 100% onsite. Will need to have experience with:

• Job Costing


• Accounts Payable-pay general contractors, construction payables


• Reconciliations of various accounts and monitor funds coming in and out of accounts


• CAM Charges


• Must have excellent management skills to accurately manage all accounting actvities from pre to post construction

Yardi experience is a big plus.
