Looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for a Midtown -based mixed commercial general contractor. Diverse portfolio of projects including corporate office interiors, tenant fit outs, higher education, and some retail/restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established general contractor with a solid pipeline of work!
Core Responsibilities:
Support Project Management team from bidding through close-out
Participate in project scheduling, bidding, take-offs, procurement, and other tasks as needed.
Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders and other project documentation.
All projects are renovations and fit-outs.
To be successful in this role:
Construction-related degree preferred.
3-5 years' experience within a commercial general contractor or mechanical/electrical subcontractor
Procore experience
Estimating and bidding experience are a bonus.
Field experience is a bonus.
