Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will work with their team to complete various tasks on awarded jobs from the bid stage thru project completion and billing.

Tasks include the following:

• Assist Sales with awarded contract review and pre-Job requirements
• Coordinate with CAD team for shop drawings and submittals as needed
• Review Job Orders in CRM
• Create billings to the Customer
• Process sub-contractor POs, agreements and scheduling
• Analyze the project for cost to estimate comparison
• Coordinate with PMs and CAD on closeouts as needed
• Must work with gathering materials for National rollout jobs and preparing for shipping clerk.  (No heavy lifting needed)
• Other tasks and responsibilities as required by NetPlanner Systems management team

Competencies and Qualifications: 

•    Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required
•    Works well under pressure
•    Self-starter / self-motivator requiring minimal supervision
•    Decisive and proactive approach to problem solving
•    Team player abilities are essential
•    Must be detail oriented
•    Must possess a strong work ethic including dependability and punctuality 

Education and/or Experience: 

• High School Diploma or GED
• College or Technical School a plus
• Minimum 3 years field experience required
• Positive feedback from your current manager
