Job Description:

Location: Peabody, MA

Salary: Depends on Experience

Description: Our client is currently seeking a LPN in Peabody, MA!



Shifts: 3p-11:30pm x1 11pm- 7:30am x1

Schedule: M-F (every other weekend availability is required.)

Contract length: 3+ months - contract extensions are very likely if candidate is interested



This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Adhere to guidelines in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices


• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders


• Monitor conditions and adjust care to ensure patient safety and comfort


• Maintain infection control protocols


• Document thoroughly in the EMR


• Participate in inter-disciplinary team meetings to develop holistic plans of care


• Thoroughly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and family members
