JOB DESCRIPTION


Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years






Responsibilities:


- Conceptualizing strategic marketing briefs that recommend impactful campaigns at contextually relevant moments-in-time to inform and align on the objectives and approach for consumer messaging across Mobile cellular and Home Internet/product lines of business

- Influencing and leading stakeholders across various functional responsibilities and levels of the business to align to new ways of thinking to achieve short and long term goals

- Driving incremental growth by creating targeted strategies and product portfolio support plans that support the Macro strategic approach

- Thinking strategically to drive thought leadership on marketing approaches for the Consumer segment

- Conceptualizing ideas and turning them into clear strategies capable of driving acquisition (additions and changes can include new products, features and/or benefits.)

- Supporting localized strategic brief applications in collaboration with Local Segment Marketing teams

- Developing creative solutions to complex problems via in-depth evaluation of data and situation analyses across various factors



MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):


- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.

- Six or more years of relevant marketing experience.



DESIRED SKILLS:


- Experience managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously.

- The ability to work well with others in large and varied teams.

- Highly effective communication and presentation skills.

- An understanding of trends and key business drivers.

- Presented findings and insights tailored to select audiences (up to and including executives.)

- Experience working with marketing research, research strategy, or consumer research methodologies.

- Analysed what's important from a variety of sources to provide a holistic view of the marketplace, competitive factors, risks, and opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
