Location: Somerset (Township), PA

Salary: $72,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually

Description: Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Hospice RN for a great facility in Somerset, PA! This is a full time, direct hire/permanent position.


*Sign on bonus offered for qualified RN's*


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Providing physical and emotional support to patients and their families.


• Assuming primary responsibility for a patient and family caseload including assessments, planning, implementing and evaluating phases of the nursing process.


• Administering and instructing the administration of medication.


• Initiating communication with physicians, other hospice team members and other agencies to coordinate care.


• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.


• Supervising LPNs and Hospice Aides and document delivery of care as required.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.


• Active RN license.


• Hospice experience preferred


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel if needed
