Judge Healthcare is currently seeking Claims Resolution Specialist in Orange, CA!!
Contract: 6+ months
Hours: Monday-Friday, business hours
Location: On-site (Orange, CA)
The Claims Resolution Specialist will provide assistance in resolving provider claims payment status issues, provider payment disputes, eligibility and authorization verification.
Job Responsibilities:
Addresses provider inquiries, questions and concerns in all areas, including enrollment, claims submission and payment, benefit interpretation and referrals/authorizations for medical care.
Verifies member eligibility, claims and authorization status for providers.
Ensures thorough follow-up and completion of all provider inquiries or requests.
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years claims experience required.
1+ year of call center experience with high call volumes
Experience in Health Maintenance Organization, Medicare, Medi-Cal/Medicaid, preferred.
