Description: Our client is currently seeking a Help Desk Analyst: This role will be a long term contract to about 3 years and will be 100% onsite
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Handling 30+ calls per day, ticketing and logging IT responses
Escalating to proper authorities through ticketing system
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Qualifications & Requirements:
6+ month with customer service through phone support
Preferred education within IT area (BA or BS)
ServiceNow experience is a plus
