Location: Bedminster, NJ

Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $38.00 USD Hourly

Description: Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: ?Experience with running reports in Google Sheets ?Systems audit experience ?Ability to differentiate trends and relationships from a base of complex information and to relate and compare data from different sources and identifying relationships ?Attention to detail ?Ability to work in a fast paced environment
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): Running Detailed Reports, Rent Reconciliation's, Reading and Understanding Real Estate Contracts


DESIRED SKILLS: Telecom experience, Manage and Conduct weekly and monthly calls, Administrative experience
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: College degree, will accept at least 2 years experience in Real Estate or Telecommunications.
