Description: Our client is currently seeking a Histology Tech in Exton, PA!


This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Precisely and accurately performs a variety of routine and specialized histology techniques and procedures. Follows standard operating procedures for the grossing of small specimens, quality control, and quality assurance. Serves as a resource and provides bench supervision when needed, to others in the department. Meets schedules, priority demands, and deadlines. Demonstrates flexibility and versatility in coordinating tasks.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution; OR


• Associate degree in a laboratory science (chemical or biological science) or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or with a current H.T. or M.L.T. (ASCP) registration, or equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements as defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489
