Manufacturing Site Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish Required)

Position Overview:



We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Manufacturing Site Manager to lead all operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a strong background in manufacturing operations, team leadership, and continuous improvement practices. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing site to ensure production schedules are met.


• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.


• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.


• Drive operational excellence through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with corporate leadership on strategic goals and implement site-level action plans.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as necessary.


• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment; serve as a liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking employees to ensure clear and effective communication.


• Prepare and manage budgets, cost control measures, and resource allocation.


• Oversee equipment maintenance and facility improvements to minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related experience.


• Proven experience or 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role; experience managing a full site is highly preferred.


• 
  Fluent in both English and Spanish - written and verbal communication is essential.


• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.


• Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and engagement.


• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.


• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Manufacturing Facility


• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or PMP.


• OSHA or safety training certifications.
