Job Description:

A health-care company is looking for a knowledgable Accounting (AP/AR) Clerk to join their team, Monday-Thursday!


Their office is in located in DTLA, and the company pays for parking in the buidling.



Duration: Temp to hire



On Site? Yes, Monday - Thursday (32 hour weeks)



Hours: 8am-5pm (typically, flexible on hours as needed)



Environment: Business Casual



Software: Great Plains, Concur, Business Central (all nice to haves), Excel



Requirements:

• HS diploma


• 2+ years of general accounting experience processing AP/AR or working with GL


• Knowledge of Excel


• Great Plains, Business Central, or Concur knowledge all plusses

Job Description:

• Mostly Accounts Payable processing; reviewing invoices, GL coding, resolving discrepancies, check requests


• Accounts Receivable; getting approvals, GL coding, cash receipts, bank deposits
