What You'll Be Doing:
Primary focus on Accounts Payable: processing invoices, managing vendor communications, and ensuring timely payments
Support Accounts Receivable: assist with billing, cash applications, and follow-up on outstanding balances
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors
Utilize QuickBooks daily for transaction management and reporting
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in AP/AR roles
QuickBooks experience is a must
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Professional communication skills
