Join our team as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead the charge in driving operational excellence, team development, and continuous improvement!
The Maintenance Supervisor leads a team of technicians ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality workmanship, and effective housekeeping practices. This role organizes work teams, evaluates performance, and keeps the team motivated. By identifying inefficiencies in operations and equipment, you'll eliminate waste, simplify processes, and drive continuous improvements in quality, service, productivity, and equipment reliability. The Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring seamless operations during team absences, including weekends and holidays, while actively contributing to department and corporate improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage the team, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance.
Motivate and evaluate team members, coordinating with the Area Manager to execute tasks effectively.
Oversee the supply of tools and materials, promote skill development, and ensure optimal safety standards.
Special Projects:
Drive improvement initiatives focused on boosting Quality, Availability, and Efficiency.
Lead electrical and mechanical installations, upgrades, and maintenance-related projects to enhance operations.
Lead process improvement efforts to reduce waste.
Coordinate with contractors and handle administrative tasks.
Maintenance Support:
Provide hands-on support for diagnosing and repairing critical equipment.
Manage and verify the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring top-tier performance of high-tech and high-impact machinery.
What You Will Bring
Education: Highschool diploma required, Bachelor's Degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
Experience: 4+ years in related role with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Equipment: Experience with electrical test instruments, hand/power tools, and lifts.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $70,000- $110,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
